On the weekend of November 18th and 19th, we celebrate the Sunday of Saints Triumphant at St Matthew. It’s a special Sunday for us to thank God for the believers that he has already called home to heaven, to remember the gift they were to us in this life and to look forward to the day we will be reunited with them when our Lord returns or calls us home.

What has now become a yearly tradition, the St Matthew Altar Care committee is inviting the congregation to remember any loved ones who’ve been taken home to heaven, in a special way. On November 18th and 19th, we will cover our altar with vases of white flowers in remembrance of those we love. Anyone is welcome to sponsor a flower in memory of a Christian loved one who has passed away; the names of those represented by the flowers will be appear in print that weekend.  If you are interested in sponsoring a flower, please complete the form below and return it to the church office with payment no later than Sunday, Oct 22. Choices of flowers and cost are listed below.  All flowers will be white.  Please choose one flower for each person you would like to remember.

May our Savior continue to give you comfort in his love until that day when all his people meet in the joys of heaven!
